You may read, print and share the content of this site for your own information. You may not copy the site’s design, code or text for use in a competing commercial offering, or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.

The XionDesigns name, logo, brand assets, site design, code and written content are owned by XionDesigns LLC. Third-party names and trademarks referred to on this site — including framework, CMS and platform names — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any estimate, proposal or indicative pricing we send becomes binding only when it forms part of a written agreement signed by both parties.
Project work
Scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property assignment, confidentiality, warranties and support are set out in the agreement for each project. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
