Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information XionDesigns collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
XionDesigns LLC is a company registered in Wyoming, United States, operating the website xiondesigns.com. For questions about this policy or about your data, write to hola@xiondesigns.com.
What we collect
We collect the information you send us: the name, email address, company, budget range and project details you enter in the contact form, and anything you include when you email us directly. Our web server keeps standard technical logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
We use your enquiry details to answer you, to prepare a proposal, and to carry out any work you subsequently engage us for. We use server logs to keep the site available and secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be a privacy-respecting, aggregate measurement tool that does not build a profile of you across other websites, and this policy will name it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as there is an active commercial relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for contractual and accounting purposes. Technical server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Who else sees it
Your information is handled by our own team and by the service providers that host our website, email and project systems. Those providers act on our instructions. We disclose information to anyone else only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hola@xiondesigns.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law requires.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described in the policy itself.
